No, the software does not store any passwords.

Why do I need to enter a PIN code and how do I get it?

This is a security measure to ensure that someone else cannot reset your password. You’ll receive your PIN to the mobile number or personal mail which you provided to HR or ACME.

I'm receiving the message: "An error occurred while resetting your password: You have either entered the same password as before. Or you have reset your password too recently. Or your password does not meet the password complexity requirements.". What should I do?

You need to specify a new password that meets the requirements that are imposed (those should be shown in the screen) or use a password that doesn't resemble a password that you used before.
